Hello there, I have made an order online and paid $571 by PayPal on Dec 1st. Then during an hour I found cheaper rugs and sent an email to cancel my order also I made a phone call to be sure that my order was canceled and there is no charge to my account.
Now, I ended with double charges to my account and No replies from the firstname.lastname@example.org, full ignore. It is so frustrated... no one is willing to fix a problem.... When I talk to Justin, he said that in their system is only one charge as CHARGE FAILED...
but on my credit card there are two charges for $571. Please Help to resolve this issue.
